    What is the verb for noun such as:

    track and field

    I play track and field or I do track field

    What about judo?

    I play judo?

    What about long jump and shot put

    I do long jump
    I do shot put?

    What about karaoke?

    You could use the verb that describes what you actually do.

    I compete in track and field.

    I like to sing karaoke.

    I ride in equestrian events.

    Otherwise, you can usually use the verb do.
