    interrogative sentences

I studied somewhere that why , who , whom , how etc. are used in the beginning of the sentence. For example Where are you from? What do we get from a sheep? What are you working for?

In all the above sentences I have used where and what in the beginning of the sentence. If they are correct, the sentences written below are wrong?

    1) From where are you?
    2) For what are you working?
    3) From where have you purchased it?

Can a question starts from FROM,FOR, IN etc. ? Is it grammatically correct?

Grammatically correct, but extremely pedantic and not much heard.
