    ''few'' or ''little''?

I have a doubt about the usage of these words please.

Is it right to say that “little” should be used with countable things and “few” to uncountable ones?

Should I say “I have little money to buy what I want.” or “few money”?

“I have few time to wait for your decision” or “little time”, please?

    I found both on COCA.

    Other way round:

It is right to say that “little” should be used with uncountable things and “few” with countable ones?

Few people, if any, will disagree with me on this.
He had little regard for my feelings, saying that in front of everybody.
