    You' d better hurry, hadn't / shouldn't you?

    Which question tag should I use? If neither, what is the correct answer?

    As you know, the question tag uses the same auxiliary as the first part of the sentence (if there is one). Here "You'd" is the contraction of "You had".

    Hadn't you reconfirms the sentence. It's true. You'd better!

    Shouldn't you questions the remark. The speaker is saying - do it - and then asking, "don't you agree?"
