    linking verb

    I wonder if the following words are linking verbs:record, reproduce, eat, stock, be found out, and come in. and show me some examples, please.

    It is impossible to tell the function of a word unless you how it is used.

    He sat in a chair.

    He will chair the meeting

    He is chair of the group.
