    a sentence like...

    I am not a teacher

    If something like the sentence "We are selling this, and this." is that correct grammar?

    Yes, if you are indicating two items right in front of you.
    If the two items were at some distance, and you pointed to them 'over there', you would say, 'we are selling that, and that.'
