    Question who and which

    Is it possible to say:
    1. I looked after some children which were terribly spoilt.
I'd say: 2. I looked after some children who were terribly spoilt.

The first sentence troubles me. It ought to sound awful, but to me it doesn't. Please give me a second or third opinion.

    Re: who and which

    You are correct.
With people, it's always "who" (or "whom") - but never which or that.
