    phrase

    please let me know:
    assum we want to ask something like this: (i explain the question cause I don't know the correct word):

    example: x university accepts some applicants. one of requirement is toefl test. I want to ask them : with no attention to the toefl test, how many applicants do you accept each year?
    in this example I mean I know you need toefl,but my question is about number of applicants.

    dear teacher, pls tell me the best word or phrase to replace this sentence
    " with no attention to..."

    If one of the requirements for acceptance into a course at the University is a pass on the TOEFL Test, then they would not accept/admit into a course, any applicant who did not meet this requirement.

    Are you wanting to ask, how many people apply who don't have a pass on the TOELF test?

    Or, how many applicants are native speakers, and having taken the TOELF test is not required?
