    Why not post a short passage and what you think is the main topic but are really unsure about? Then we might have a better idea what your difficulty is.

    Ok. I'll try to write a short paragraph that I took from the Jakarta Post.The full liberalization of OECD farm policies would boost the volume of global agriculture trade by more than 50%, but would cause real international food prices to rise by only 5% on average. Most developing countries and households would be better off in terms of some poverty indicators such as income and food security.
    in my opinion the the main topic is the full liberalization of OECD farm policies cause the price of food cheaper than before.
    It is right?
