    Teacher, which is correct usage?
    The critical success factor is minimum/minimal errors
    Minimum/minimal error will ascertain success.
    Also please tell me the difference between these two words.

    'minimum' is the noun, and 'minimal' is the adjective.

    The minimum number of people...
    A minimum number of errors.

    He put a minimal amount of effort into his work
    A minimal amount of information.
