    full and lift?

    Hello Everyone,

I would like to know here whether complete can take the place of full and remove replace lift in the following sentence?

We hope that the United States willrecognize China's full market economy status, lift restrictions on commodity and technology exports to China and correct the wrong practices of trade protectionism.

    Regards

Yes, you could do that without affecting the grammar.
However, "full market economy status" and "lift restrictions" are the way they are normally phrased, even if your suggestions are just as good, or better.
