    is this sentence correct?

    I'm attached the wrong file to Toby. This is a container loading information from the customer

    No, unfortunately, it is not.

    Please explain in fuller context what you are trying to say. Have you perhaps sent (put / assigned / attached) the wrong file to someone named Toby? Was it a file with information about how to load a container? A file that a customer gave you to send to someone and you sent it to Toby in error?

    We need a little more explanation here.
