    Hi there,

    Is it correct to say like this?

    It started raining, so I covered my head with my clothes.
    It started raining, so I covered my head with my arms.

    Yes it is.
    Although, with clothes, it would be better to say which item. Did you take your trousers off and cover your head with them? Or did you use your coat?
    I think this is the reason that so many British businessmen walk around with a copy of the Times (newspaper).
