    Re: living seperately

    Raymott: Both sentences re correct.

Grammatically, perhaps; but 'living separately' and 'apart' are expressions we would use when referring to an estranged spouse, not parents

I'm no longer living at home
    or
    I have my own place/flat

are more what a native speaker would say.
