    which way is better

    "You must expose yourself to the language, in order to learn it faster."

    "You must get exposed to the language
    , in order to learn it faster."

    Which one is the better way to express the idea above, please? I found both on COCA and I wonder if it's just a matter of choice and style.

    They are both probably all right, but the first sounds smoother.

    There is an inherent pun in there, though, that you might want to consider. To expose yourself is to pull back your trenchcoat and publicly display yourself in a lewd manner. "Get exposed" has none of that connotation. However, used as you did above, it is clear what you are saying.
