    which sentence is better? (2)

This room is very nice. The other rooms are at the same level?

This room is very nice. The other rooms are as nice/good as this one?

This room is very nice. The other rooms have the same level of this one?

    Hi,
Which sentence above is better, please? The context is someone taking a look at a hotel room before checking in, just to make sure that the hotel meets their expectations. The speech has been intentionally written in a very informal way.
    Thanks.

I would say that even in an informal context you should use normal question constructions (subject/verb inversion).

I'm not sure if this is acceptable:

The other rooms have the same level of this one?

To answer your question, I would (slightly) modify and choose this one:

This room is very nice. Are the other rooms as nice/good as this one?

    I am not a teacher.

If you wish it in formal terms:
This room is very nice. Are the other rooms of the same standard?
