    9. You are not allowed to park in the school unless you are a member of the staff. ( Without)
    Without being a member of the staff, you wonít be allowed to park in the school.
    10. I couldnít write to them because I didnít have their address. (if)
    I couldnít write to them if I hadnít their address.

    yea, I've copied it from a grammar book with no answer key
    so is there any problem with the exercise?

    Most of them are not very natural. I'm surprised it's from a grammar book.
