    Punch lines

I would like to know what the real connotations the following punch lines try to convey:
    (1)Patient: Doctor, doctor, I keep thinking I'm a pack of !
Doctor: Well, you'll just have to deal with it.

(2)Patient: Doctor, doctor, I feel like a pair of curtains!
    Doctor: Well, pull yourself together!

    (3)Patient: Doctor, doctor, I keep thinking I'm a bridge!
    Doctor: What's come over you?

    Thank you.

A person deals a pack of cards, i.e. deals them out to players.
If the patient is pack of cards, he has to "deal" with it. Ho Ho.
These "Doctor, Doctor" jokes aren't very sophisticated.
"Deal with it" has the alternative meaning of "Find some way of coping with it"

(2)Patient: Doctor, doctor, I feel like a pair of curtains!
    Doctor: Well, pull yourself together!
One pulls a pair of curtains together to cover a window.
If the patient is a pair of curtains, he should pull himself together.
"Pull yourself together" also means "Settle down, don't be so hysterical..."

    (3)Patient: Doctor, doctor, I keep thinking I'm a bridge!
    Doctor: What's come over you?
Things go (and come) over a bridge.
Since the patient is a bridge, the doctor asks what's come over him.
"What's come over you?" also means "What has caused you to change suddenly like that, or something similar).

    Thank you.

In all cases you have to know the colloquial meaning of the phrase, as well as the literal meaning.

Patient: Doctor, Doctor, I keep thinking I'm a newsreader!
Doctor: Tell me all about it.

Patient: Doctor, Doctor, I feel like I'm in a strong gravity field.
Doctor: Don't let it get you down.

    etc.

    And of course:

P: Doctor, Doctor, I feel as if everyone's ignoring me.
    D: Next.

    Re: Punch lines

The Doctor says 'Next' to indicate that he's ready to see the next patient - that is, he is ignoring the fact that one is there. As Raymott said, these jokes aren't very sophisticated.
