    Arrow How long

    Hello everybody!

    I'm here again.

Can I ask "How long have you been here?" ? Is this question correct? What would you understand if I asked it?

    Thanks

    Falcon

    Yeah, you could.

    Now answer me:

Have you ever been in prison?
Have you ever been to The Netherlands?

    We must learn that intuitively.

    Thanks for answering.

Yep, it's really different in and to when using "Have you ever been"!!

What I was not understanding is if I could use "how long" in this question...
