    is this sentence correct?

    1000 pcs of ABC456 will be shipped at the end of Oct. However the latest shipment date in L/C is Oct 15. Please send us the L/C amendment to proceed with the shipment. The details are shown below.

    The only change I would suggest is "However the latest shipment date [allowed] in [the] L/C is Oct 15."

    I also see no compelling reason for abbreviations. October and Letter of Credit are more clearly and universally understood when spelled out. Remember, the person at the other end may have Russian as his first language, and may find it difficult to translate Oct and L/C.
