    friend harry and larry

I saw the following sentence written by a native speaker. Is it correct?
Every Thursday after I eat apples near the river with my friend Harry and Larry.

Since there are Harry and Larry, two people, should friend have an s-->friends?

Yes it should but that is not a complete sentence; it is just a clause. If you omit "after", it would be a complete sentence.

Not necessarily. If Larry is not your friend, then "my friend Harry and Larry" is correct. But in that case, "with Larry and my friend Harry" would be better.
    (other corrections as already noted).
