    could you correct this

    To familiarize with (theorical) pulsed neutron techniques applied to water saturation monitoring in producing wells.

    It's fine - except either (1) you need a complement after "familiarize", for example "to familiarize you/the public etc. or (2) you'd have to word it differently: "to become familiarized with....".
    It all depends on what you want to say.
