    Please assist how to use "operationsl" ?
    which one is correct for the following:
    business operational process / operation processes / operations process

    Operation: noun; means: The state of being operative
    So you can not say: operation processes / operations process
    You can say: They have a small business operation.
    Operational: adjective, So you can say: operational process or this is a operational plant

    I canread it as 'business operational processes", 'improvement in business operations" ?

    The context is required to say which to use. Standing alone in this way, either is a possible sentence/phrase, but you tell if either is correct in relation to the whole text.
