Question What does the baby wear in English?

    Hello!

Could someone tell me what the baby wears in English in the attachment? I refer to her underwear.

    Thanks!

In AmE, it's called a "diaper."

Just a note - "nappy" is not an American English expression, and a lot of folks won't know what you mean if you use it.

    That's a nap.
Nappy is the common term for a diaper here, and in many other places.

'Nappy' is a British English expression.
If someone doesn't comprehend the term 'diaper' you can always try with this one or likewise.

    cheers!
