Smile Have you ever drank/drunk a milkshake?

Which would be correct form of drink to use in the question: Have you ever drank/drunk a milkshake?

    Or is either okay?

I am preparing a Have you ever interview lesson and this is something I'm unsure about and would like to the proper way so that I can teach that to Japanese students. I've heard the question posed either way so I'm a bit confused. -- Thanks in advance for the help.

"Have you ever drunk milkshake?" is the correct form as it is past perfect.

P.S. : I am not a teacher of English. Just someone who loves the language.

Well, it's the present perfect. Past perfect is "Had you ever drunk ..."

But you are right otherwise: drink, drank, drunk.
