    please correct these sentences

    As per the agreement with Christine, we agreed to waive you the DC opening charge for this shipment only.

    As explained to you that, there is no any conflict to send us your original of commercial invoice and packing list. But we accept those documents by copies this time in order to build up the good relation for our first co-operation.
