    please explain what does non prejudicial means?

    Without context - prejudicial means something that is harmful or influencing people unfairly, so non-prejudicial is something that is not harmful.

    In a legal context, prejudicial : having the effect of prejudice: as
    a : tending to injure or impair rights <such a transfer would be prejudicial to other creditors>
    b : leading to a decision or judgement on an improper basis <the evidence was excluded because it was more prejudicial than probative>

    Non-prejudicial would not have either of these effects.
