    Both are correct to me.

    Who is your sister, Julie or Rachel? seems okay here. And moreover, I would say that 'which' sounds less common in that case, for it is rather used with 'one', it would therefore be 'Which one...'.

    Just my point of view, though

    Not a teacher at all
