    Question Signature Block

When signing for another person, what is the proper procedure? Is it "for" then write that person's name "by" then write my name?

    Re: Signature Block

    It is as follows:

    Yours [sincerely/truly/faithfully],

    (your signature)

pp [NAME OF PERSON who is the writer of the letter]
    Their position.

pp = per procurationem [on behalf of]
