I can feel the difference between I´ll travel tomorrow, I´m going to travel tomorrow and I´m travelling tomorrow. How important is it for a native to know when to ask questions like What will you do tomorrow?, What are you going to do tomorrow? and What are you doing tomorrow? ?

As a native speaker, there is no real difference between the different phrases you indicated. I actually use all three quite frequently, with the second two being used the most. There might be formal differences, but speakers use them all interchangeably anyway.
