    Dear teachers,

2.2. The new Government considered it the greatest of crimes against humanity to continue this war over the issue of how to divide among the strong and the rich nations the weak nationalities they have conquered.

3.1. In his letter to American workers Lenin pointed out that history knew many wars of conquest caused by quarrels among the kings, landovers or capitalists over the division of usurped lands or ill-gotten gains.
3.2. In his letter to American workers Lenin pointed out that history knew many predatory wars caused by quarrels among the kings, landovers or capitalists over the division of seized territories or ill-gotten gains.

    Thank you for your efforts.

    Regards,

Re: paraphrasing of words and word combinations 1

1 These are not exactly the same- addressing a proposal doesn't necessarily mean they approved.
2 Slight change of meaning as you can be chjarged with crimes against humanity.
