    "like those" or "like that"

    Hi.


    A: I started taking some sleeping pills and they don't seem to be doing anything.

    B: You should be careful with medicine like those.

    A: I'm not sure what else to do. I haven't slept well in weeks.

    B: If I were you, I'd talk to the doctor about it.

    Correct the underlined bold-faced part please, and I wonder about
    the usage of "like those" and "like that".

    It would either be:

    "You should be careful with medicines like those."

    or

    "You should be careful with medicine like that."

    "Those" is used to indicate plural, and "that" is used to indicate singular.
