    voicemail message

hi, I am wondering what should I say when someone left me a voicemail message and want me to ring him back. Shoul I say " Hi, I've just received you voicemail massage that you wanted to contact me.' is this correct?

Rather than explain what's happened (which isn't very interesting - let's face it ) you could say 'I'm just returning your call' (and if the person you're calling needs reminding you could add '...You left a voicemail' - 'voicemail' works on its own, without 'message'.
