    how to put it politely?

What's the meaning of "ABC" in this sentence, please?

What would be the meaning of "ABC" in this sentence, please?

    Hi,
I'd like to know if the second sentence is grammatically correct and considered more polite that the first one, please.
    Thanks.

the meaning of "ABC" in this sentence, please?
