    welcome or welcomed

Your participation will be sincerely welcome/welcomed and appreciated.

Which is better of the two and why?

Could I ask native speakers to help me please? Thank you in advance.

    welcome-adjective and verb
Here the sentence is passive voice and so it must be "welcomed(past participle)".
Sorry I'm not a native speaker.
    Hope you understnad!
