    Going bananas, plural.

    The same as I'm going nuts, I'm going crazy, I'm going insane, I think I'm losing it, I'm going 'round the bend, I'm losing my mind, I'm cracking up...

    You can see we have a lot of ways to say that we're going a bit insane.
