    Think at minute things

    Does this phrase describes some kind of people who's always anxious to nonsensical stuff or care too much for other people's thoughts?

    If not, please suggest some other words to describe them.

    I think the adjectives "finicky" and "fastidious" cover the sense of someone who pays so much attention to minute details, also "prissy" would be someone exaggeratedly proper and prudish.
