    Exclamation 'a lot' vs. 'lots' please help me!!

    Hi everybody,

    What is the difference between 'lots of' and 'a lot of'? Thanks for your help

    No difference in meaning. "Lots of' is just more informal.
    But there are may be some structural nuances, e.g. He knows a lot. In the final position 'a lot' can't be replaced with 'lots of'.
