    Will be same / will be the same

    which one is the correct sentences:

    "It will be same for both of you."

    or

    "It will be the same for both of you."


    And please explain why.

    Not a teacher.

    The correct usage is "It will be the same for both of you."

    I'm not sure as to the formal reason that you have to include "the" before "same," but I'm pretty sure that you do it all the time.
