    thirteen o'clock

    Hi,
    is it possible to use o' clock if you use the numbers from 13 to 24 to indicate the time?

    No. If you wanted a historical explanation, it would be that "o'clock" is a contraction of "of the clock", and digital clocks are a relatively recent innovation. But that doesn't really matter - the usage just isn't English.
