    Can't help it.

    She/He/I can't help it.

    What does that mean?

I googled it and found many sentences but I still can't get it.

    Thanks.

    Thanks.
If someone says they can't help it, it means they can't do anything about it; they can't fix it; they can't make it better, or change it.
Naturally, it's often an excuse and a rationalisation.

    Here are some examples:
"I've tried to stop smoking, but I can't. I must smoke! I can't help it!"
"I know I'm a lazy sod, but I can't help it. I was born this way".
"I should control my temper better, but I can't help getting angry".

A: Why do you get all the girls?
B: Well, I can't help it if I'm a devastatingly handsome babe magnet!

C: "Why do you spend so much time on the computer?"
    D: "I can't help it. Maybe I'm addicted"
