    Call Transcription

    Hi, I'm transcribing a call but there are some parts where I can barely understand the customer. I have the soft copy of the call and the transcription I have started. Please let me know if anyone could help and I'll gladly send/email the files. I need to submit this in 2 hours so any help would be much appreciated.
