How to write just in a line or two.

    Dear Teacher,

One Instrument Engineer left the job from our company and he is working in another company. Now, his company e-mail account in our IT Department to be disabled. So, how to write to our IT department in a good way asking to disable his email account.

    Thanks.

    Hi Sweetie
It would be better that you take the initiative to draft the letter and let the teachers help improve/make refinements to it.

    Dear Sir,

Mr. Vinod Pande, Instrument Engineer, is currently not working with us. So, you are requested to disable his e-mail account.

    Thanks.

Is the above draft of email for IT Department is correct?

    Dear Mr XXX
(I think 'Dear Sir' is a bit too formal for communication within the company)

Mr Vinod Pande, our Instrument Engineer, has left employment with the company. So, please disable his e-mail account.

    not a teacher
