    It should be written like this:
    Filipino child prostitutes have more (customers / clients) from the Philippines than from Japan or the West.

    I think 'clients' is better than 'customers'. But 'customers' is still correct but the answer look weird.

    I think this is how you distinguish between the two:

    client - people you provide/sell services to
    customer - people you sell a product to
    Sometimes, it is combination of both.
