    Question tense choice when reporting film content

    Hi: when reporting a film content after i've seen it, which tense should i use? thank you. by the way, synposis of a film is always written in simple present tense, why? is it historic present?

    I just saw the new James Bond film, and frankly, I didn't like it. In the 120- minute movie, Bond chases . . . . he bombs, he crashes, he makes love, he drinks his famous "shaken, not stirred . . . etc. etc.
