    Question shazbatt?

A car raced by and it almost hit a man. The man said, "Oh, shazbatt."

I assume shazbatt means a curse. Am I right? Do Americans or other native speakers often speak it? Thanks!

    Re: shazbatt?

    Hi-

Shazbatt is a word from a TV show called "Mork and Mindy" which was popular in the 1970s. It starred Robin Williams, who played an alien who had come to earth to observe humans. Shazbatt was a word from his character's language. Some people might say it, but they would probably be people old enough to have known the original show.
