    Post practicing english

Wolud you plz correct errors in my writing. Thank you very much.
Thinking to improve in English it is very important to read, write and listen in English I stopped reading in my native language. In past few years whatever I read, I read only in English. But my reading practices were limited with children books and internet news. I enjoy reading things about my culture. It is difficult for me to find books in English about my culture. Although I found few books from the local library they were beyond my understanding level. I had to stop after reading almost every line or every other line to find the meaning of unknown words. Actually improving a new language on your own is very difficult. I therefore surfed online to find a free English language class and I ended up finding “usingenglish.com”.

This is very good, with a couple of problems at the beginning. This is certainly not the only way this can be written.

To improve competency in English, it is very important to practice reading, writing, and listening in that language. I thus stopped reading my own language and for the past few years I have read only English. But my reading practices were limited to children's books and the internet news. I enjoy reading books about my culture, but it is difficult to find books in English on that topic. The few books in English on my culture that I found were beyond my level of understanding. I had to stop reading after nearly every line or every other line to find the meanings of unknown words. Actually, improving in a new language on your own is quite difficult. I therefore surfed on line to find a free English language class, and I ended up finding usingenglish.com.
