In the US, a "drop - add" form would be filled out. Very simple -as long as the "add" class can accept a new student.

The person who asked the question is from Bangladesh. I am from India. Even in my institution no form is required to be filled up for the change of batch/session. Only a handwritten/typed application is asked by the HOD/ Principal.

Yah, you are right. It may be they did not understand the meaning of BATCH which i mention.

What ever, i have passed the time and now could you please write one application for me?
