I am doing a course in an institution and I need to change the batch. For this reason I need to write an application immediately. Now someone please help me how can I write an application for this matter?

This may be too late, but I would advise that you speak to Student Administration to find out exactly what you need to do.
If you know who you need to send you application to, ring them up and ask what the procedure is.
All institutions have people like this to help. If you've run out of ideas, go to the General Administration / Academic Administration.

Ah, that could be true. I've never heard of this being called "batches". We call them sessions or periods.
In any case, Student Admin. should be able to help him.
