    our attention

It has came to our attention that there is some inconsistency in distribution of customers transaction copies to clients and servicing agent. To avoid this discrepency, we would recommended that both the client's copy and servicing agent's copy to be sent to servicing agent only, he will in turn responsible for forwarding the client's copy to th erespective clients.

Please correct my sentence, thank you.

I suggest 'he' be replaced with 'who'.
